Jessica was born and raised on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and is a 2016 Atlantic Veterinary College graduate. After briefly working in her hometown of Bridgewater following graduation, Jessica relocated to Pictou County when she has been living and practicing veterinary medicine ever since. 

When she isn't working Jessica can be found hiking and exploring the outdoors with her lab-mix dogs Buck and Gunner, travelling, gardening and farming with her husband Daniel and enjoying time with her young children Alice and Luke.
